CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied toward your total on the day of your service. You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment with no additional deposit required. Your deposit will transfer one (1) time to the new appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a loss of deposit & a new deposit will be required to rebook an appointment. No-show appointments will result in a loss of deposit & will be required to prepay future appointments in full. Late Arrivals A 15 minute grace period is extended for your appointment. Arriving later than 15 minutes will result in your service becoming shortened or modified to accommodate daily schedule. Membership Clients Missed or late/cancelled appointments count as a used credit. Memberships auto-renew monthly & require 14 days notice to cancel. Sick Policy If you are ill or contagious, please reschedule. By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed.
